Rental Policy

Who can rent
A valid driver's license is required for every booking. Riders must be responsible and experienced — we reserve the right to decline a rental if requirements aren't met.
ID on hand
A valid ID is left with us for the duration of the rental and returned once the unit comes back — this is on top of the driver's license shown at pick-up.
Booking & downpayment
A 50% downpayment secures your reservation and locks in your dates. The remaining balance is due on pick-up or delivery. Your dates are held for 15 minutes while payment is completed.
What's included
Every rental includes 1 helmet and 1 raincoat. Extra helmets and raincoats are available as paid add-ons — see the Requirements & Pricing page for rates.
Delivery
Self pick-up is free. Delivery is available to select areas around Pili, each with its own fixed fee — enter your address when booking to see if it's covered, or see Requirements & Pricing for the full list.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee based on our current policy at the time of booking. Message us on Messenger to cancel or ask about your specific booking.
During your rental
Please treat the unit with care and report any issues immediately via Messenger. The remaining balance and any damage assessment are settled at pick-up/return.
